Camera Work
At the start of the music video it starts off with a tracking shot, through the tube. Doing this is a creative way to start to video but it also create suspense as you don't know what at the end.
It the goes onto the conventional shots like the close up of the main singers, medium shots of the band members with their instruments and a song shot, to show that they are one and the main attraction.
Compared to other styles of music, rock mainly doesn't have shots of other people, like back up dancers as they like to have the audience focus on their band.

Editing
The only editing they had was the face pace, due to the tempo of the music, but they also have slow motion, which has been used on many shots, when they have done jumps, or flipped their hair.

Mise-en-scene
The location that the video was filmed in, was like a warehouse that has a orange back board, however it was filmed in different parts, like in a corridor. The lighting the was used is mainly high key, as they are not trying to tell to create a certain atmosphere for a character. However there is a section where the lighting is low key, to help enhance the coloured lighting on the ceiling. The costumes that the band is wearing is mainly casual clothing like jeans and a top, however two band members are bare chested, showing of their muscles and tattoos, this is to show their dominance, also having a bare chest is a conventional thing in rock. Finally in the video they use a lot of props, like a tube, buckets, bottle, chairs etc.. this bring humour to the video and also make it fun to watch.

Camera work
The camera work used in this video, are the conventional shots like the close up, extreme close ups. This allows that audience to be aware of who the main focus of the music video is.

Also in this video, as the very beginning it starts with a pull focus on the singer, this shows how the moment that she is in full focus, she's very important and also shows that the song has started.

 

 At the very beginning as well, there is a long shot of the location which is a beach. This is another conventional shot used in pop music videos. By allowing the audience to see the location is lets them try to have an understanding what the song is about and also have an opinion in whether its a good place to really show the meaning of the lyrics. Also this particular shots is at a slight high angle, this is to really show how large and also capture the beauty of the beach.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As the music video goes on there are long shots and mid shots of the dancers. The use of these allows the audience to see the whole moves and then get closer to see the details, like the costumes as well as the facial expressions.

                          
                                                  

 Editing
The pace of the editing was fast, but as the song progressed the pace got quicker, once the music got louder and a lot quicker, this then reflect how many shots was shown, which made the atmosphere of the video exciting, and very party like.

Also in certain parts the shots have been put into slow motion and other parts have been sped up. For example;

Mise en scene

The location of the video is shown at the very beginning which is a beach, which is the location throughout, however the video is shown in lots of different parts of the beach, to show how big and naturally beautiful it is, which reflects the song of 'Love'. Therefore having this particular location could represent 'Love' in all forms, which is 'Beautiful'.

The costumes that was used on the artists were normal beach wear of short and a top and bikinis, however towards the end of the video the costumes changed to a more glamorous and party like clothing, as it was bright and summery.

Also the costumes of the dancers, reflect the type of dancing that they are doing. For example the street dancer, has casual wear of jeans, t-shirt and trainers, where as the contemporary dancers are wearing, for the male, wearing tight jogging bottoms, and the woman is wearing a dress that flows with her movements. The use of the dancers is to show the song but through movements.

Finally the lighting, the lighting used in this music video is mostly natural when it has been filmed during the day, then once it gets to the evening shots, the lighting was very low key to show the party atmosphere and also emphasise the lighting from the fire eaters and fire breathers and the candles.
